I call upon Your Name...

Oh Lord My God;
answer me this-
What is my destination?
oh please, Dear God,
my goal, I do not 
desire to miss...
I try with all my might-
to do the things that are right.
I start with all the great intentions-
and out of the blue, come
the "Yeah-buts," and I become so confused,
and do not know exactly what to do...
I pick up "Your Life Mannual"
and search for answers there.
I read and read and read,
yet the haunting feeling remains,
so I come to You, in prayer...

What am I doing wrong?
My desire is to be near Thee.
To know that Heaven is my security.
Lord - my greatest fear is-
to leave this world behind,
only to find- myself in Hell.
I get so scared, Lord God Almighty,
Please show me The Way...

Dear God, please help me.
My soul cries out to You,
Help Me Lord,
tell me what I need to do,
what is this that I am going through?

Assure me Lord, - that on that day
as I stand before You - I will not be cast away...
I have failed so many times -
and it seems the more I try,
the harder it gets,
I just can not understand,
I am so afraid, and it haunts me
day and night.
To be perfect and to do all that's right...
It's like a battle-I cannot fight.

When I search for answers-
my mind entangles like a web.
Lord Jesus, You must know
what I'm going through,
please tell me what I must do...

When You came to earth-
You went through it all.
You were strong and did not fall...
You have the answers-
and I'm asking You,
please show me what to do...

I have cried out Your Name
during my deepest need.
You know my heart-
where must I start?
I must have relief from this pain!
Jesus, Lord Jesus, I call upon Your Name...

Jesus - My Pal

I am just a good ole country gal,
and Jesus is my Best Pal.
The city is not for me.
Give me country roads and great oak trees.
The cement streets are hard and cold.
Down home in the fields is where 
I'd rather be.
Where birds sings in the air
not a worry nor a care.
Where flowers are reaching to the sky
shining God's beauty 
without even a try.
Where critters are mild and meek,
nature in its original state
depending on Our Lord-
these are things I seek.
Just a good ole country gal,
where Jesus is my Best Pal.

He's Always There!

There's no greater lonliness to think 

that no one cares.

When you think you are all alone,

just remember - He's Always There!

With all the troubles that you go thru

you may think that no one understands,

just remember - He's there with You!

He knows your troubles~

Take His Hands,

Do Not Despair~

He's Always There!

Think not that life has been unfair.

You will never stand alone.

Open your eyes and realize,

You're never on your own -

He's Always There!

We all have cares; We are all -

His Children

and He Forgives Us All...

Our Life is a Journey thru the years;

with heights of joy-

and lows that bring tears...

The better we know Our Lord ~

the better we will feel,

We must discover and know -

He Is Real...

He's Always There~

this man of good will.

He can calm the storms in our lives and say,

"Peace, be still !"

There is no joy, that can compare

with the joy of knowing~

You Are In His Care,

and

He's Always There !
